About Colin Payyappilly

Colin Payyappilly believes in working hard, as a professional, a volunteer, and an athlete.

As a newcomer to the real estate profession, Colin jumped right in and closed three deals (two for buyers, one for a seller) in his first three months on the job! When not selling real estate, Colin works as a business intelligence associate; he credits his organizational skills and attention to detail as drivers of his success.

Colin’s carefully honed networking skills enable him to put homebuyers in touch with the vetted professionals they need: contractors, title companies, lawyers, and home inspectors, among others. His keen grasp of market pricing means he can help his clients price their homes competitively.

Among his proudest non-work accomplishments is the construction of an indoor multipurpose facility for youths and young adults at St. Thomas Syro-Malabar Church in Somerset. Colin, a volunteer and youth leader there, raised $50,000 to bring that vision to fruition.

Colin holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business studies, and a master’s degree in accounting and information technology. He is a licensed real estate agent and Alteryx certified.

When not working hard to get clients into their dream homes, Colin enjoys playing basketball and soccer, bowling, and dancing.
